Founded by Lee Goldup, With over 15 years of senior leadership experience across Burberry, Browns / Farfetch, and Wood Wood, the consultancy brings a rare combination of strategic buying expertise, digital fluency, and curatorial instinct. Our work spans menswear and womenswear across ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle, giving us a 360° understanding of how culturally relevant brands are built, scaled, and sustained.

Lee Goldup is a senior buying, merchandising, and brand strategy leader with over 15 years’ experience shaping global product and commercial strategies for some of fashion’s most influential, design-led businesses. Most recently Director of Global Buying & Merchandising at Burberry, he led cross-category strategies across menswear and womenswear, delivering regionalised assortments, digital-first merchandising frameworks, and consistent performance across international markets.

Previously, Lee held senior roles at Browns Fashion / Farfetch and Wood Wood, working at the intersection of luxury, contemporary, and emerging markets and brands. His work included building progressive product strategies, incubating new designers, and delivering exclusive collaborations that balanced cultural relevance with commercial return.

With deep expertise across digital, omnichannel, and wholesale environments, Lee has a proven track record of driving profitable growth through disciplined assortment planning, margin management, and agile trading strategies. Today, he partners directly with founders and leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and commercial focus, helping brands refine positioning, strengthen product, and build sustainable, commercially credible routes to market.
