Lee Goldup is a senior buying and merchandising leader with over 14 years of experience shaping global strategies and driving growth for some of fashion’s most influential names. Most recently Director of Buying & Merchandising at Burberry, he led cross-category strategies across menswear and womenswear, delivering regionalised assortments, digital-first merchandising, and consistent commercial performance in global markets.
His career includes senior roles at Browns Fashion / Farfetch and Wood Wood, where he pioneered innovative product strategies, incubated emerging designers, and delivered exclusive collaborations that built both cultural relevance and commercial momentum.
With deep expertise in digital and omnichannel retail, Lee has a strong track record of driving profitable growth through effective assortment planning, margin management, and agile trading strategies. He brings together creative vision and commercial precision, helping brands refine their positioning, unlock new channels of growth, and achieve long-term sustainability in an evolving global market.
